Board of Directors

Michael MunozrMichael Munoz
Chairperson

Michael has been a commercial litigator for over ten years, first at a leading international law firm, and presently at a smaller firm in New York City. In law school he volunteered as a mentor to Manhattan public school students, taught a class for high school students, and worked with children and their families at the Legal Aid Society's Juvenile Rights Division. As an attorney he represented, on a pro bono basis, a family seeking custodial rights over a disabled adult child, and has volunteered as a judge at statewide high school mock trial competitions. Michael is very excited for the opportunity to work alongside so many great people at The Quinn Madeleine Foundation to help children and families affected by NPA and other rare diseases. Michael resides in Westchester County with his wife and three daughters.

Eileen LinzerEileen Linzer
Co-Founder / Executive Director

Eileen Linzer, Quinn's mom, spent the first twelve years of her career in academic publishing. As the Analyst for the global digital sales group, much of Eileen's expertise lies in market identification & research, business strategy and organizational operations. Leaving her job in 2012 to care for Quinn full-time, Eileen has become so well-versed in the medical and administrative side of the disease and end-of-life care that she has often been mistaken for a medical professional by physicians and nurses alike. In launching Quinn Madeleine, Eileen seeks to marry her unique skill set with her intense passions – putting an end to NPA, shifting focus to quality of life, and ensuring that Quinn's legacy long outlives Quinn's short 15 months. She resides in Nassau County, New York with Brett and their two boys.
